I had the chance to work with Verizon Enterprise, which provides telecommunication services and solutions to businesses. My role involved implementing the newly developed brand style guide for webpages and emails and designing the mobile enterprise app.
VES Mobile app
I was responsible for designing the Verizon Enterprise mobile app for Android and iOS, starting from the initial idea and continuing through to production. The project aimed to offer users comprehensive services while they are on the move. This includes making it simple to create repair requests, view orders, pay invoices, check service status, and more.
NMLite
My role involved designing NMLite, a desktop application allowing users to manage traditional and IP toll-free inbound service routing plans and features in real-time. I was tasked with improving the user experience and adapting the application for mobile devices.
VES Mobile app video
This teaser video encouraged Verizon Enterprise users to download the app by showcasing how effortless it is to configure and operate, even for complicated tasks. I took charge of designing, producing, and editing the video for this project. It was displayed as an interstitial when the user logged into the VES portal.
